A Wonderful Stay with a Beautiful View!

During my recent stay at Plaza, I was blown away by the beautiful sea view from my room. The balcony with its two chairs and table provided the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking sights of the beach and town. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities I needed, including a fridge, AC, and a TV with working channels.

It was located in the capital of the island. Although located on the esplanade the traffic was not noisy. The rooms were very clean. The blue external decor and outside lighting were very attractive. I am glad that I stayed in the capital and not in the tourist dumps of Tslivi, Argasi, Laganas, Kalamaki.

Not all rooms have safes even though the room description on your website said that they did - I had to ask to transfer rooms, which was not greeted as pleasantly as I thought that it would be. It was as if requesting a room with a safe (as per the description on the website and information that I used to decide to stay at this hotel) was a problem. However after some discussion with the staff I was moved to a room with a safe. No more problems. One front desk staff member did not know where the tourist office nor the bus station were. When I checked out on my last day the man at the front desk did not know how to process my credit card and I had to wait for the shift change at 0800 hrs - lucky I didn't have an earlier flight.

Beautiful rooms, very clean and modern. The personal is extremly nice and frindly. Good prices. Wi fi internet and parking in the front of the hotel. Public beach acoss the hotel with a beautiful sea. This is not a 2 stars hotel but a 3 one. Perfect for everyone!!!!

The location was unbeatable, just a walking distance from old town. We dined at Mesathes Taverna, that is just 300 metres away👍😃

Great location in a bustling area of Zakinthos Town. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and our room was comfortable and well-equipped. The view from the balcony was stunning. Despite a bit of street noise, we would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Zakinthos.

the hotel is nicely designed and clean, with excellent location. staff is extremely friendly and you can park your car nearby. i can't recommend highly enough this property, enjoyed it.

As backpackers, we loved the fantastic location of the hotel, which was a short stroll away from the city center and close to the beach. The very friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The clean and comfortable rooms, equipped with good air conditioning, were a relief during the hot weather. We also appreciated the variety of different trip options available to us.

We felt safe walking at night and had no complaints at all.

I got incredible and marvellous breakfast with local products and fruit, as example.

I greatly enjoyed its spacious and perfect rooms.

Location: the hotel was not far from different beaches and the beach and city centre. Plenty of food served in the lobby for breakfast, it was absolutely fantastic and great.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was so comfortable, with great air conditioning to beat the heat. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the harbor and the town. And the staff, especially Didi, were absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to show us the best spots on the island. Thanks to her, we'll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

The breakfast selection could use a little improvement.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Zakynthos. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and attention to detail in every aspect. The hotel is conveniently located right near the beach and in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the area has to offer. The staff provided exceptional service, and the rooms were well-equipped with good air conditioning and a balcony for a relaxing stay. Plus, breakfast was included, adding to the overall value and convenience of the hotel.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The staff were friendly and always willing to help. They provided useful information about nearby attractions and made our stay more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to beautiful beaches and the city center. We also appreciated the delicious and fulfilling breakfast that was included.

There were a few noisy guests who disrupted the peace and quiet of the hotel. However, this is not the hotel's fault and could be resolved with some reminders about respecting other guests' comfort.

Secondly, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful, providing excellent service and assistance with sightseeing options and daily organization. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning, double beds, and balconies, ensuring a cozy stay. Breakfast is also included, offering a variety of products to cater to different dietary preferences.

All was okay, nothing to complain about.
